Become a Certified Professional Mentor®

Are you interested in becoming a Certified Professional Mentor®? CPM certification is offered to executives and well-rounded professionals with a minimum of seven years of significant work experience, an established circle of contacts, and a bachelor degree or higher. The CPM certification program consists of a 9-month training curriculum and supervised practicum. All training is provided online. Working collaboratively with your CPM, you will have the expertise of an experienced executive who can help you to rapidly achieve your desired goals and objectives. Additionally, CPMs possess the ability to open doors and make valuable contacts and connections, saving valuable time and resources. And, as you excel, your CPM will provide ongoing guidance and continually raise the bar to move you to your next level of success. During periodic goal-setting evaluations, you and your CPM will discuss any needs and challenges, and set specific long-term goals.
