The concept: An ingenious fusion of a mastermind group, think tank, and learning laboratory. The Echelon® is specifically for inquisitive, success-minded female professionals and entrepreneurs who aspire to reach the pinnacle of their success. Focused on professional development, Echelon® members commit to the group – and to one another. Members are passionate about their own growth, and also the progress of their colleagues. As a member of The Echelon®, you will develop PhD-level knowledge, skills, and experience in an engaging, supportive, and deeply interesting format.

Forums

Monthly Echelon® forums provide a unique and intellectual agenda, strategic and tactical success-building methods, and opportunities for developing significant professional connections. We conduct meetings in a supportive, interactive format to provide members with an optimum learning experience.

Members

Echelon® members may complete pre-meeting readings, and occasionally contribute their knowledge and experience to the group by serving as forum facilitators and speakers. In addition, we regularly schedule prudently selected experts on a variety of timely topics and issues. Additional opportunities exist to serve on The Echelon’s Executive Council.
